I just finished a children's project to be released in two months. This does not include all of the local artist I have been working with. Check it out at and I am currently working on a ten song funk instrumental for Auracle Music in New York to be used for television. The first was "Doctor Finks Funk Factory" and the second is part of Sony Acid loops Artist Integration Series, called "Matt Fink Star Vu Sessions Keys Rock & Pop Keyboard Essentials".This Acid Pro prodject blends with Tony Franklin's (bass player for Whitesnake) not just another pretty bass,Parthenon Huxley's(award winning guitarst and song writer) Six-String Orchestra and Siggi Baldursson (Sugar Cubes)The Drum Loops. I have done two loop libraries for Sony Creative Software. I am also doing an endorsement for Native Instruments Software Plug ins. I was at the NAMM show in January doing an Endorsement for CME keyboard controllers. I did the music for a remake of the song "Kiss" for the Popstars Germany TV show.It is Germany's version of American Idol. The song was on their CD for the shows winners released on Warner Brothers in Europe. Snoop Dog on a song called "Real Man", I also did a remix for Jimi Blue( a German TV star) also signed by Universal on a song called "Little Red Hot Pants". I did a remix for Lexington Bridge a group signed by Universal feat. I signed a deal with Mozart and Friends production and management team last year. Check him out on Myspace, you will find him listed in my friends. I was out there last April and performed with a Musician named "Bray" for his CD release party at Slims. I have worked on various projects over the last couple of years for Talking House Productions in San Francisco. I played keys on Ashanti's song "After The Club", you can hear it on ITunes Last November Seven was kind enough to invite me out to Miami so I could collaborate on the music for the artist in the show. I was there working with Kris Vanderheyden an electronica artist from Belgium. I met Seven Aurelius a music producer on Making the band in New York last April through a mutual friend key boardist Demi Doc. At a brisk 30 minutes, the album is short, sharp and to the point, and the point is that Prince was a certified genius (I still find it unbelievable to refer to him in the past tense). The Doctor is In! First of all my studio is located south of the Minneapolis metro, not in Uptown. This album doesn’t showcase Prince’s most well-known songs, but it certainly features some really great ones. ‘When You Were Mine’ was later featured by Cyndi Lauper’s acclaimed album, ‘She’s So Unusual,’ which featured quite low down on the list last time. Lead single from the album was ‘Uptown,’ a song dealing with prejudice and racism - “"What's up little girl?"/"I ain't got time to play"/Baby didn't say too much/She said, "Are you gay?"” It featured as the opening song on the ‘Controversy’ Tour in ‘81/’82. The basis of title track and album opener was formed Doctor Fink as he jammed out during rehearsals. He fused funk, new wave and dance on this album in a way that only Prince could. Like the two albums before it, Prince wrote, produced and arranged all the songs, as well as played all the instruments, save for some synth by Doctor Fink on ‘Dirty Mind’ and ‘Head,’ as well as backing vox from Lisa Coleman on ‘Head.’ This album foreshadowed the sound to come, as well as his explicitly sexually charged lyrics and innuendo. His third album, ‘Dirty Mind’ has been acclaimed and Prince’s first great album.
